The development and transformation of specialist training systems in the context of continuous innovation in airspace and changes in the rules forits use is crucial to meet the current reality of air travel, whichis rapidly evolving and demands flexibility, efficiency, and a high level of professionalism from its employees. Failure to adapt educational processes to continuous technical innovation and regulatory changes could lead to a shortage of qualified personnel, which will directly impact the safety and efficiency of the entire aviation sector. This article explores the specifics of building a training process that takes into account the individual abilities of trainees. The introduction of modern information platforms is discussed, with attention paid to improving teaching methodology, implementing digital tools and information systems, and modern simulators based on virtual and augmented reality. Specific aspects of air traffic controller training are examined, taking into account current trends in the aviation industry. Experimental training models are analyzed. It is concluded that modern training must necessarily include the development of skills to quickly respond to emergency situations. It is determined that successful implementation of innovations requires practical experience with new flight support systems. The discussion touched upon the mandatory development of students’ ability to independently monitor changes in regulations and technologies, as well as the implementation of flexible programs withindividualized learning, which will ensure increased learning efficiency and contribute to the development of sustainable professional skills.
