Physical culture plays an important role in raising a physically strong young generation with the harmonious development of physical and spiritual strength. The level of sportsmanship in any type of sports activity, in particular boxing, is associated with the level of development of motor abilities (strength, speed, endurance) and the effectiveness of their interaction. Boxing, with its variable and conflictual nature of the relationship between opponents in battle, high emotional stress and various effects on the body of athletes, is one of the most difficult types of martial arts. Extremely high demands are placed on the boxer’s psyche, his physical qualities, moral - volitional and technical - tactical training. At the same time, physical training is of utmost importance for a boxer. The effectiveness of the selection of means and methods and their interaction for the development of speed - strength abilities is a research problem, since it makes it possible to improve and diversify the educational and training process of boxing students
