Development of the lecturer’s innovation culture in university management system

The digital age, with numerous social upheavals, is forcing higher education institutions around the world to innovate to overcome crises, achive sustainable development, and meet the requirements of the time. In this context, the development of a lecturer’s innovation culture is one of the key factors in the success of innovation in higher education, and the university management system plays an important role in creating favorable conditions for this development. This article presents a specific understanding of developing university lecturers innovation cultures by analyzing research results using qualitative and quantitative methods. Based on this, selecting and changing optimal conditions in the organization of professional activities for developing lecturer’s innovation culture in the university management system is evaluated on the basis of the operations of a particular university, revealing the necessary pedagogical processes for the theory and practice of pedagogical science. At the same time, several recommendations for university management are proposed to develop the lecturer’s innovation culture.
