Development of tools for the reform of control and supervisory activities in the field of unfair competition

The implementation of the reform of control and supervisory activities is an important factor in both the development of the Russian economy and public administration of the economic sphere. Freedom of competition stimulates the most effective development of market relations, the formation of new ways of production, which leads to increased competitiveness of goods, expansion of consumer choice. An analysis of the implementation of the reform at the regional level allows us to identify real problems and formulate recommendations for their elimination. Based on the analysis of the control activities of the Federal Antimonopoly Service of Russia in the Chelyabinsk region, a number of measures for the development of reform in this area are proposed.
