In the article the experience of application of information integrated system in the world and the Russian practice is analyzed, problems in application of marketing tools of Russian institutions on basis of IT-technology are identified. The author gives the algorithm of information and analytical system implementation during the transition of universities to the application of the innovation and integrated marketing concept.
