The content of the article is aimed at the development of the intellectual potential of the enterprise through the formation of vocational education. The aim of professional education is to prepare qualified professional specific areas, taking into account the requirements of its professional competencies in the labour market, thus, there is a sequence profile-knowledge qualification. This profile is a chain of educational program that arranges educational organization focusing on the labour market, taking into account the sectoral focus of the subject of the Russian Federation; knowledge-there are competence, i.e. immediate professional area with their objectives and characteristics caused by professional standards, with the participation of the professional community; qualification will represent the final result training graduate full scope of competencies and level of their development.
