XXI century calls, achievement of the goals of the state cultural policy and the need for assessment of their realization, knowledge intensity of a profession and the innovative nature of development of practice cause a priority of development of research culture as professionally significant quality of the personality in the system of training of managers of social and cultural activity. In article structural components of research culture of future managers of social and cultural activity (valuable and motivational, methodological, creative, innovative, organizational, reflexive and estimated), specifics and conditions of its development in educational process come to light.
