The development of empathic culture as an indicator of social and legal responsibility of students of higher educational institutions

The problem of the development of social and legal responsibility of students of higher educational institutions is considered. It is shown that one of the key prerequisites for its formation is the high empathic culture of future specialists in the unity of its cognitive, emotional and activity components. A strategy for the development of empathic culture in the context of a modern university is proposed.
