Communicative competence development as a key component of future teachers' professionalism

Communicative competence of future physical education teacher is reviewed as one of the most important components of teacher's professionalism. The notion of communicative competence, its criteria and signs, the model of its development and pedagogical conditions corresponding to it are characterized. Results of experimental testing research results are presented.
