Development of communicative competence of cadets at military university on the basis of integrative developmental approach

The essence of communicative competence of the military university cadets in solving professional tasks on the basis of integrative developmental approach is analyzed theoretically and methodologically. It is maintained that it is widely used in the education process at many military educational organizations. Content characteristics of the approach and its semantic content components are specified. It is concluded that communicative skills in the activities of a military man are decisive both for solving narrow professional tasks connected with handling the equipments and weapons and in training and education of the subordinates, in management, i.e. are professionally important.
