The relevance of this article is due to the fact that due to the high level of development of coordination abilities, it is possible to successfully master and improve the synchronicity of performance, the accuracy of constructions in synchronized swimming, and most importantly, increase sports skills in general. Every year, the requirements for the pace of programs increase, the elements of synchronized swimming, restructuring, and support become more complicated, all this leads to the need to create more effective methods for developing the coordination abilities of young athletes. The methodology of developing coordination abilities, taking into account the individual typological characteristics of girls, allows coaches to individually select the dosage of exercises and rest time between series, which in turn affects the effectiveness of training sessions and increases the athletic skills of athletes.
