Development of students’ creativity in the field of tourism using coach technologies

This article describes the results of a study that is aimed at developing the creativity of students specializing in tourism using coaching technologies. Special attention is paid to innovative processes in the field of education, the characteristics of the innovations being introduced and the innovative potential of the university environment and teaching staff. Since one of the main requirements for human life is the need for a meaningful, morally prudent and socially useful transformation of the environment, the priority in the development of a future specialist is to maintain his creativity.The novelty of this article lies in "coaching", which creates conditions for the formation of an active subject capable of realizing his potential. Coaching techniques are methods of counseling and teaching, and in this process coaching helps students focus on clear and defined professional or life goals and achieve them. In other words, coaching "leads" the student to where he wants to be. Since coaching is based on a result-oriented learning process, the use of coaching methods in universities is a very relevant topic today. From the point of view of science, coaching is a unique methodology created at the intersection of philosophy, psychology, management and logic and used to unlock the potential of people in order to increase productivity and solve business and personal problems. Analysis and implementation of elements of the content of innovative educational methods and forms of education in order to make the process of forming the readiness of future tourism specialists more focused and effective.
