Introduction. The article presents an experimental study of the problem of the role of joint activity in child-parent relations with a child of primary school age at the final stage of primary general education in the development of his/her personality. The aim is to study the peculiarities of primary schoolchild's personality development (self-esteem and aspirations, motivation, school anxiety, subjectivity) at the final stage of primary general education depending on the level of joint activity in child-parent relations.
