Development of personal capacities of bachelors through information technology

The article discusses the fact that modern employers would like to see in graduates of higher educational institutions (bachelors) people having a set of certain professional and personal competences. These competences can be formed in a university with the help of modern information technologies. In addition, the article focuses on the fact that these technologies should be used in educational processes on the basis of humanization of higher education.
