Aim. The study aims to reveal the potential of gymnastic exercises for developing leadership skills in hearing-impaired children. Materials and methods. The pedagogical experiment was conducted aimed at studying the effect of gymnastic exercises on the development of leadership skills in 7-9-year-old boys with hearing impairment. All boys from the experimental group followed the author’s program based on gymnastic exercises. All participants were divided into the control and experimental groups, 16 students each. A survey was conducted based on the Leader method. Results. During the experiment reliable data about the development of children’s leadership skills were obtained.
