Development of methods and models of higher education institutions' activity management

The issues of development of methods, models and mechanisms for managing the activities of higher education institutions in the conditions of confrontation between Russia and western countries have become increasingly significant. These external influences on public authorities, enterprises, institutions and organizations of the subjects of the Russian Federation cannot be ignored in the development of higher education science and its participation in the assessment of the effectiveness of all economic entities in the region. The development of national institutions of higher education needs new approaches, concepts, methods and models, or a significant transformation of those that are currently used in practice.
