Teenagers’ musical culture development through digital educational technologies

In this article, digital technologies are considered as modern computer didactic tools for the development of the musical culture of students. The authors prove the need to use these technologies in teaching adolescents when they master the subject «Musical Literature» in institutions of additional education. The publication offers the available definitions of musical culture, presents the content and classification of this phenomenon. Clarified the definition of digital educational technologies, their main purpose in relation to the educational process. The definition of music and computer technologies is given. The possibilities, as well as the specifics of the use of a specially developed multimedia course of lectures, based on the use of multimedia and music-computer technologies, necessary for the development of the musical culture of students of institutions of additional education. The conditions for the development of the considered culture of adolescents in the classroom on musical literature are indicated. Criteria, corresponding indicators and levels of development of students’ musical culture have been determined. The content of the main stages of the experimental search work (ascertaining, forming, control) is revealed, the results of the study are presented, confirming the success of the use of specially developed modern digital technologies for the development of the musical culture of students.
