The article deals with the problems of the formation of professional competencies of the future teacher in the conditions of self-organization of the individual. A teacher who is ready for education throughout life, for continuous improvement, self-organization, self-development, self-education, self-realization is always in demand. Student age is considered one of the most stressful periods, since the development of a culture of self-organization becomes possible only when a person reaches a certain level of awareness of his being. The ability to navigate in life to organize their activities, taking into account the constantly changing social environment, are important factors that allow students to find their place in the system of interpersonal relationships and professional orientation. Self-organization in the conditions of professional training of a student at a university is a set of actions of the subject to develop and improve their own skills and personal qualities, the types of activities necessary for the effective training of a future professional; student on the formation of personal and professional competencies future specialist.
