Formation of future law enforcement specialists' organizational and management competence during the vocational training

Actuality of the problem of the formation of future law enforcement specialists’ organizational and management competence and its specificity during the vocational training are outlined in the paper. Structural components of the law faculty graduates’ organizational and management competence are identified on the basis of the set of professional competences, presented in the federal state educational standards of the higher law education on ‘specialitet’ and ‘master’ levels and corresponding to the organizational and management activity. These are cognitive, behavioural, value components.
