The article provides a comprehensive analysis of the current state of the video game industry in foreign and domestic regional economic systems. Special attention is given to aspects such as cloud distribution services for video games, pricing policies in this industry, and the classification of paid content in video games. In addition, the article focuses on identifying the motivations that drive consumers to purchase paid content in the video game industry. Through data analysis and special research, the authors arrive at important conclusions and recommendations that contribute to more effective management of this sector and increase the competitiveness of companies.
