Development of the training management subprocess managers for the quality of the organization’s services

The complex of components in economic systems ensures the functioning of the quality management process for the implementation of their strategy. Determining the content of the attributes of the normative subprocess of managing the training of managers for the quality of services of organizations allowed us to develop 10-point scales to measure the existing state of these attributes of this subprocess of organization management. The assessment of the attributes of several subprocesses of service quality management in four organizations made it possible to identify problems and make suggestions to improve the efficiency of the core organization.
