Development of the construction organization resources management subprocess

The material presented discusses the management tools necessary for the successful functioning of the construction organization's inventory management subprocess. The technology of inventory management of a construction organization is proposed. Based on the presented measures to improve the organization’s activity, a performance forecast was made for the main performance indicators.
