Development of legal norms of moral and psychological support provided for defense and security activities

The paper is devoted to certain issues of establishing and development of legal basis of the modern system of moral and psychological support provided for defense and security activities. The article investigates the evolution of the legal concept of “moral and psychological support” in legal acts as well as the establishment of the system of moral and psychological support taking the Defense Ministry and the Ministry of Internal Affairs as an example. The measures aimed to improve the current legislation in the field of moral and psychological support are given.
