The development of the subject training of the future teacher on the organization of labor education of the younger student in the historical and pedagogical experience

The article considers the development of the subject training of a future teacher on the organization of labor education of a younger student in the historical and pedagogical experience. Over the years of its existence, this topic has accumulated a lot of experience in labor education and vocational guidance of students. We have been revealing the problem of labor education in the professional training of future teachers since 1923, when the development of curricula for the introduction of universal education in the Union state began. The authors analyze approaches to solving the problem of preparing a future teacher for the organization of labor education in various historical periods of the development of domestic education. The characteristics of solving this problem in the pre-revolutionary, Soviet and modern Russian periods of domestic education are given, the best domestic traditions in education and professional training of the future teacher are highlighted. The results of the conducted research among future teachers (students) and younger schoolchildren, including questions on natural sciences, technology, domestic work, which form the basis of a holistic picture of the world, are presented. The authors came to the conclusion that in the modern system of education and vocational education, not enough attention is paid to the problem of training a future teacher in the organization of labor education, the need for a comprehensive integrated approach to the professional training of a future teacher is emphasized, which should be based on solving the problem of organizing labor education. The priority of the problem of preparing future teachers for working life at the present stage of development of society, and, accordingly, the organization of labor education of younger schoolchildren, actualized the appeal to the experience of Soviet education, where to look for the sources of solving this problem.
