Development of the industrial and construction complex in the regions: challenges of the new era

The authors consider some of the problems that have emerged in the activities of the domestic industrial and construction complex over the past three decades of the era of transition economy, that is, the transition of the industry to the rails of the prototype of a market economy, taking into account the missing elements of the institutional economy. The problems under study formed the object of the scientific research of the authors, and the mechanism for overcoming and / or mitigating them served as the subject of their study. A full-fledged study of the object and the development of measures to improve the said mechanism when solving related problems will achieve the main goal of the study itself, which is to increase the comprehensive efficiency of the domestic industry while improving the socio-economic situation of our country in the long term until 2036.
