Psychological resources development of first-year students (as an example students of social department are taken)

In conditions of competent approach development in education the study of sociologists' psychological resources helps to improve practical work in institution of higher education. The object of the research is a student's personality. It is the main source of psychological resources. The aim of the research is the study of students' resource potential, which is the basis of being good specialists. The research contains one new thing. It is a determination of psychological peculiarities of sociologists that is necessary for being highly qualified specialists.
