Development of enterprise resource support through practices of personnel creativity enhancement

Creative qualities are important factors in increasing staff productivity in any organization. The purpose of the study is to substantiate the need to create tools for increasing the creativity and creative potential of employees within organizational systems. The work uses the analysis of theoretical sources, synthesis and systematization methods. The scientific novelty of the study lies in the analysis aimed at identifying the necessary measures to stimulate the development of a creative view and to solve emerging gaps in the current dynamic time. The authors analyze the existing technologies for stimulating employee creativity, consider superior practices to avoid the extinction and absorption of enterprises, discuss competitive advantages for the long-term survival of companies, emphasize the importance of a creative approach and innovation for the successful development of companies. Particular attention is paid to the ways to create a balanced policy and working atmosphere for the development of employee creativity, methods of stimulation and development of staff creative behavior, a model of continuous improvement for employee empowerment in the creative industry. The article emphasizes the importance of employee development programs for engagement and business success. The existing technologies for influencing creativity have been studied. Based on the results of the study, it was concluded that most companies are faced with the need to stimulate the increase in the creative potential of staff.
