Development of raw material markets of the oil and fat industry in the global and Russian agro-industrial complex under current economic conditions

The article presents an analysis of trends in key indicators of the oil and fat subcomplex of the Russian agro-industrial complex. It reflects the production, export, and import dynamics of major oil crops worldwide and in Russia. Thus, the country ranks first in the world in sunflower production, sixth in rapeseed (both winter and spring) and eighth in soybean. However, the domestic industry market remains dependent on imports for seed material of major oil crops. The article explores key changes in the regional structure of major oil crop production.
