Development of the network management of a specialized medical aid

The article shows the urgency of rendering psychotherapeutic and medico-psychological aid to population in the context of the negative impact of the socioeconomic transformations on people's health. It stresses that the present hierarchic, bureaucratic system of management does not allow health services to meet the challenge of growing neurotic disorders among the population that calls forth the necessity of introducing a progressive network system of managing psychotherapeutic services. The author highlights the results of implementing the network principle in organization of the medico-psychological aid in Moscow.
