Military men stamina development by means of cross-fit

Development of stamina is particularly significant for military men to effectively perform various learning and combat tasks. Currently cross-fit is included in physical training of military men. Instructors’ canvasses showed insufficient development of stamina among military men, most of them considering this physical quality rather important for military officers’ training. The central part of the system of cross-fit training consists of highly-intensive cardio-complexes or hybrid trainings in mixed regime (cardio-weightlifting) with maximum intensity. Stamina trainings programmes can be divided into three types: time unlimited, time limited and with increased bulk of work, with fixed workload and increased speed of exercises. The conducted pedagogical experiment revealed that experimental complexes of cross-fit exercises for developing military men stamina increase the level of stamina. Experimental test of effectiveness of cross-fit exercises complexes for developing stamina in military men showed that results of tests in the experimental group have improved more significantly than in the control group. The positive dynamics of the test results in the experimental group proves effectiveness of using complexes of cross-fit exercises for developing stamina in military men.
