The development of the system of continuous education as a condition for the employment of a specialist in the modern labor market

The paper specifies the requirements of modern employers to potential employees based on the results of an expert survey. The growing social significance for employers of such personal qualities of a modern specialist as activity, education, creativity, independence, ability to self-education is proved. It was revealed that the potential employee does not acquire most of the necessary qualities and competencies at the university - they are a product of education in the process of socialization, the formation of professional culture. The author's view on the importance of continuous education and self-education for the success of a professional career is reflected. An author's classification of the principles of continuous education system development (RAFF: regularity, availability, freedom, flexibility) is proposed, considering the socially significant interests of labor market subjects. The presented results can contribute to a deeper understanding of the actual problems of the labor market, including the issues of taking into account the requirements of employers to potential employees and professional creative training through the system of continuous education.
