Development of the teacher training system in China in the era of digital transformation of education

The role of human resources is outlined in the context of the rapid development of information technology, digitalization of education, and the need to adapt the educational system to new challenges. Based on an analysis of current regulatory documents, issues of advanced training for teachers in China are considered. New requirements for digital literacy of teachers are presented, and strategies for training highly qualified teachers are substantiated. It is concluded that increasing digital literacy and pedagogical skills of teachers is one of the main directions of development of the education system during the period of its transformation and an important means of improving the quality of education in the digital era.
