Speed work on short sections and moderate work on long sections is more adequate for a growing body. Purpose - determination of an optimal sport load in controlling lessons for runners of different sex and age. Studies showed that the less trained athlete stood with difficulty a running load with a special direction. Change in heart rate and in maximum blood pressure is unidirectional after 10-15-20-25-second of work, whereas the change is multidirectional after 45-70 second of work.
