The article is devoted to the study of verbal and logical thinking of older preschool children with general speech underdevelopment. The content of the concept of "verbal-logical thinking" is considered. The features and difficulties in the development of thinking of children with general speech underdevelopment are determined. The results of experimental work on the development of verbal and logical thinking in older preschool children with level III ONR are presented.
