Development of socio-psychological culture of social workers as a basis of their effective professional development

The paper focuses on the formation and development of students’ socio-psychological culture in a higher school, which encourages preservation of health, prevents occupational diseases and supports effective professional development of social workers. The author notes the need to pay more attention to improving of future social workers’ resistance to stress and emotional burnout, mastering of their constructive behaviors in difficult professional situations.
