Development of social partnership in flexible skills formation of the young people in the region

The article examines the role of social partnership in the formation of flexible skills among young people, taking into account the needs of the region. The material reflects the vision of social partnership of an educational organization, its significance and prospects. Described are the problems that modern youth face upon leaving the educational organization and the ways of their solution. The main directions of activities for the organization of effective social partnership in the aspects of the formation of flexible skills of student youth are revealed.
