The authors consider that the main social objectives of optimization of professional education of police workers are the social and cultural tendencies of reformation of Russian society. They study their manifestations and directions of development in the training of police workers at the institutional, methodological, conceptual and technological levels, determine their creative resource in conflict resolution in the departmental education system of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia.
