GEF has set new targets teachers of the schools activities. Now the acquisition of knowledge in different subjects is not a priority. The development of students' personality - the goal and the main result of education. In practice, teachers are faced with significant difficulties associated with achieving this goal. Familiar professional "tools" do not allow to effectively work on a new standard. The article describes the experience of the development of educational technologies that, while maintaining the usual forms of school organization students (lessons and extracurricular activities) to work for the purposes connected with the achievement of personal educational outcomes.
