The purpose of this article is to improve the logistics activities of forwarding companies by increasing the system of customer-oriented approach. Providing high quality services to improve customer satisfaction is a key challenge as the transportation market is extremely competitive today. In addition, the feature of the study, which is to use an approach to the deployment of the quality function, will not only identify key technical measures, but also examine significant business decisions as a direction for improving quality.
