Development of three kinds of skills during the foreign language training of future specialists for the Russian economy

The article examines the types of professional skills that are most in demand at the present stage of development of the economy and society, the training of which is possible in higher education. The analysis of scientific literature and research shows that in the near future the demand for specialists with flexible and global skills will increase. It is proved that the implementation of tasks in the field of training a high-level professional is possible, including through the development of the discipline «Foreign language in the professional sphere». The didactic modules (cycles) presented in the framework of the foreign language professionally oriented training of students include the development of professional, supra-professional and global skills. A number of pedagogical conditions are proposed, the fulfillment of which can contribute to the preparation of a competitive specialist who possesses all three types of the mentioned skills.
