Development of labor adaptation of convicts as a direction of prevention of disorganization of correctional institutions (on the example of labor camps)

The article is devoted to the consideration of the place of work as a prevention of penitentiary crime in the system of correctional institutions of modern and pre-revolutionary Russia. The author analyzes the actual problems of penal enforcement law in the process of labor adaptation of convicts and suggests ways to optimize some provisions of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.
