Development of creative competencies of teachers of secondary vocational education

In the context of the development of modern education, preference is given to multifunctional fundamental competencies of teachers. Creativity is one of the approaches to optimizing the educational and training activities of a teacher. Often the concept of “creativity” in the context of professional activity is positioned as a general cultural, additional phenomenon that has nothing to do with professional skill. This article examines the philosophical and pedagogical aspects of approaches to the concept of creativity, deduces the definition of creative competence, summarizes theoretical and empirical experience.
