Development of volitional regulation and volitional qualities of law enforcement officers by means of psychological training

The article reveals volitional characteristics of a person which are a system-building factor of the law enforcement officers’ operational service. The author stresses that it is relevant to develop the professional personality’s volitional regulation during training and professional development at a higher educational organization of the Russian Interior Ministry. The article contains the evidence of the law enforcement officers’ volitional regulation advancement by means of the psychological training designed according to the author’s programme.
