Development of endurance in the elderly people during sporthealth-improving tourism activities

The article deals with the technique of endurance development in the elderly people by means of sport-health-improving tourism activities. The technique is based on the integration of tourism and aerobic exercises: walking and running over cross country with overcoming of obstacles, orienteering. The load is determined by the duration of activities. A number of factors were taken into account in determining the amount of physical exercises: physical fitness, experience in physical activity and sports tourism, health status, and tendency to assimilate the material.
