Development of the legislation of the Russian Federation on trade secrets. The procedure for the emergence and termination of the right to a trade secret

Currently, trade secrets are an integral part of the market economy. When carrying out entrepreneurial activities, huge amounts of information arise and competition is constantly ongoing, which makes it necessary to protect such information at the legislative level more carefully, since the problem of implementing the protection of trade secrets is acute. The article considers the development of this legal institution in the legislation of the Russian Federation, as well as the procedure for the emergence and termination of the right to a trade secret.
