The developing potentials of psychodynamic playing therapy are connected with the need and the functions of game for the child and with the situation of the psychologist’s accepting the child as he is. The constructed playing space gives an opportunity to the child with autistic traits to take an active part and to insist on his wish of being understood and accepted.
