The article raises the actual problem of rehabilitation of patients with post - immobilization osteoporosis. Based on the conducted research, it was determined that the use of therapeutic physical culture in the treatment process contributes to the most rapid recovery of motor functions of the extremities and the recovery of patients ' ability to work.
