The article examines the rehabilitation of children and adolescents with autism spectrum disorders by means of drama therapy (school theater and artistic word) and indicates not only the possibility of developing speech, memory, attention, and imagination through drama therapy, but also to strengthen interaction between them and the development of teamwork skills. Through participation in theatrical productions and artistic word classes, children get the opportunity to observe and imitate life situations, create dialogues, express their emotions and thoughts. This helps to improve and develop their speech skills, as well as expand their vocabulary. In the process of teamwork on theatrical productions, children learn to cooperate, listen to other team members, show patience and respect for the opinions of others. This helps to develop teamwork and social interaction skills, which is an important aspect in their communication with people around them.
