Background. The ongoing crisis in value ideas and social ideology, the desire for entertainment and recreation (the fetish of pleasure and the fulfillment of desires) constructed by the modern information field, largely contributed to the expansion of asocial tendencies in various social groups of the population - from adolescent and youth microenvironment to people of mature age. From these positions, the widespread involvement in the “creative” use of synthetic drugs should be considered as a natural result of the lost moral and ethical base and the stereotyping of consumer behavior of the individual. The marginalization of modern reality requires a mobile restructuring of social institutions, including the practice of health care with the priority of the rehabilitation approach. Objective: to develop a rehabilitation program for patients with mental disorders who abuse synthetic cannabinoids. Object of study: the total sample (n=247) included males (mean age 31.2±0.45 years) who abused synthetic cannabinoids (F12.2). Of these, 127 examined according to ICD-10 were diagnosed with: specific personality disorders (F60), mixed and other personality disorders (F61), persistent personality changes not associated with brain damage or disease, enduring personality changes (F62), 120 - paranoid schizophrenia (F20). Methods: follow-up, clinical-psychopathological, psychometric (CGI, SANS), statistical (R version 3.2.4; IBM SPSS Statistics Base 22.0). Results and Discussion. The developed rehabilitation program against the background of psychopharmacotherapy, which replaces the need for a drug with the need to be in socially acceptable addictive groups, based on individual preference and dependence on the group, improves the quality and duration of remissions, reduces the frequency of drug addiction, and also improves the condition of the mentally ill and the level of their functioning in society.
