For the first time, studies have been conducted to study the peculiarities of the reaction of the shock volume of blood of laboratory animals exposed to various modes of motor activity with the introduction of в, а1 and a2-adrenoblockers. To study the role of different subtypes of AR and M-XP in the regulation of the pumping function of the heart of animals exposed to different modes of motor activity, metaprolol-blocker), doxazosin - (а1 blocker), antimedin - (а2 blocker) were administered. The muscle training of the animals was carried out by daily swimming, increasing in time and increasing in intensity. Restriction of motor activity, i.e. hypokinesia for laboratory animals, was created by keeping them in special pencil cases. Tetrapolar thoracic rheography was used to determine the shock volume of blood. It was found that the regime of limited motor activity, i.e. hypokinesia causes a more pronounced reaction of the UOC to the introduction of в and а1 - adreno blockers and a less pronounced reaction to the introduction of an a2-adrenoblocker. It was revealed that the regime of systematic muscle training, on the contrary, contributes to a less pronounced reaction of the UOC to the introduction of в and а1 - blockers and a more pronounced reaction to the introduction of а2-blockers.
